Terms & Conditions - the basics

Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders under 30 items may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • Orders of 30 or more items must be canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered only for incorrect or severely damaged orders.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and proof of issue.

What to include in the T&C document

Delivery

  • Delivery times and dates are estimates only and may change due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or other delays outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, or deny fraudulent refund claims.

  • Delivery confirmations, photos, timestamps, and communication records may be used to dispute chargebacks or fraud claims.

Product Disclaimer

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, size, or decoration.

Liability

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Purrfect Bites is not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions, delivery delays, or issues outside our reasonable control.
